Received on 23rd of February, 2019. Thanks to my dear friend Ma ZhanLong from Ningxia, who helped me this card in spite of the fact that no social media was working in his region, he was still able to help me with this card. It has to be noted that this is one of the longest and time taking mail, as Ma has to wait to get the Ningxia Commemorative stamps, a set of 3 stamps issued by the China post, which are pasted on the back side of the card. It is such an unfortunate that even after this much of trouble, the postmarks are not clear.
